The week before St Patrick’s Day, Seachtain na Gaeilge, is when we celebrate all things Irish through Irish. We teach and learn as much as possible through the medium of our native language. This culminates in a Ceilí Mór with parents, children and local musicians coming together to enjoy traditional music together and dance the Siege of Ennis and Ballaí Luimní.
On St Patrick’s Day itself, the school community gathers together in costume to join the Ennistymon parade as it marches through the streets of the town.
